Technical Assistance to the ARISE Plus programme (ASEAN Regional Integration Support by the EU)

ASEAN required enhanced institutional, statistical and monitoring capacity to support economic integration under the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025. Strengthening compliance, monitoring outcomes and assessing impacts were key priorities.

Artemis supported the ARISE Plus programme through technical assistance focused on customs operations, transport and trade facilitation. The work included statistical analysis, coordination and management support and capacity strengthening for ASEAN bodies and the ASEAN Secretariat, with particular emphasis on monitoring, compliance and impact assessment.

The project reinforced institutional, statistical and monitoring capacities supporting ASEAN economic integration. Artemis delivered over 2,000 expert work-days across multiple phases (1,823.5 + 193 W/D), contributing to improved compliance, monitoring and impact assessment. These results supported more effective implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community Blueprint 2025.
