Professionals experienced in designing and conducting evaluations at project, programme, or policy level, using qualitative and quantitative methods to assess performance, impact, and learning. - Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) experts
Practitioners with expertise in results frameworks, indicators, data collection systems, and performance monitoring, supporting accountability and continuous improvement. - Capacity development & training experts
