Core roles

Data analysts / Data Scientists / Data Engineers
Experts in data processing, modelling, analysis, and visualisation, supporting evidence-based insights through robust and scalable data solutions
Statisticians in official statistics
Specialists in the production, analysis, methodology and quality assurance of official statistics, with experience in administrative data, surveys, indicators, and statistical systems.
Evaluators
Professionals experienced in designing and conducting evaluations at project, programme, or policy level, using qualitative and quantitative methods to assess performance, impact, and learning.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) experts
Practitioners with expertise in results frameworks, indicators, data collection systems, and performance monitoring, supporting accountability and continuous improvement.
Capacity development & training experts
Professionals specialised in knowledge transfer, training design, and facilitation, supporting institutional strengthening and sustainable learning.
Socio-Economists
Experts in applied economic and social analysis across domains such as macroeconomics, public policy, transport, environment, energy, international trade or social inclusion and aspects, contributing contextual and analytical depth to projects
Project managers

Nice-to-have
